Popular Nigerian Singer Dapo Oyebanjo better known as D'banj has been commended by the President of World Bank, Korean-American physician and anthropologist Jim Yong Kim for his devotion to the African Union's year of Women's empowerment. The former member of Mo'Hits, a musical group he founded with his longtime partner Don jazzy, was praised by the World Bank President for also creating awareness about poverty and other related issues.
